Excel to PDF
Turn a spreadsheet into a PDF you can send. Nothing uploaded.
Page size
Each sheet becomes a table, with the values Excel last saved. Wide sheets continue on more pages. Best for simple sheets: charts, colors and cell styles are not kept.
How it works
- Pick your files.Pick an Excel file (.xlsx).
- Your phone does the work.Choose A4 or Letter.
- Save the result.Save the PDF: each sheet is a table.
Tables anyone can open
Not everyone has Excel, and a spreadsheet attached to an email can be changed by accident. A PDF shows the same numbers on any phone or computer, and prints cleanly.
Each visible sheet becomes a table under its own name. Numbers line up on the right, dates are written out, and percentages and fixed decimals keep the format you gave them. Sheets with many columns are turned sideways, and very wide sheets continue on extra pages with the first column repeated, so every row can still be read.
Good to know
- The PDF shows the values Excel last saved. Formulas are not worked out again.
- Best for simple sheets: charts, pictures, cell colors and borders are not kept.
- Hidden sheets are left out.
- Old .xls files need saving as .xlsx first (in Excel, Numbers or LibreOffice).
Questions
Can I convert Google Sheets?
Yes: in Google Sheets, choose File, Download, Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), then pick that file here.
Why is my sheet split over several pages?
It has more columns than fit across a page at a readable size. Each extra page repeats the first column so you can tell which row is which.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF is made in your browser, and it works in airplane mode.
