How it works
Tap one or more pages to select them, then use the buttons: Move earlier and Move later shift them one place at a time, Turn left and Turn right rotate them, Delete takes them out and Add blank page puts an empty page after them. Add pages from a PDF brings in pages from another file. With nothing selected, turning applies to every page.
Blank pages are handy before printing double-sided, so each section starts on a new sheet.
Questions
Does turning a page lower its quality?
No. Turning only changes how the page is shown; nothing is redrawn.
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Yes. Tap Add pages from a PDF and pick the other file: its pages go in after the page you selected, or at the end, and you can move them like any other page. To join whole files in order, Merge PDF is quicker.
Are my files uploaded?
No. It all happens in your browser, and it works in airplane mode.
